Bio
You don’t feel like yourself when you’re in pain — it gets in the way of doing the things you love. Whether you’ve just sprained your ankle or are dealing with nagging shoulder or back tension, Daniel offers manual osteopathy and massage therapy tailored to help you feel better, move better, and return to what matters most.
Daniel takes a whole-body approach that doesn’t just focus on symptoms — it addresses the underlying causes. A typical session begins with a full-body assessment to track progress over time, followed by hands-on treatment to release restrictions, and personalized home care to help your body integrate the changes. By focusing on mobility, alignment, and education, Daniel supports the body’s natural ability to heal and maintain lasting relief.
Daniel studied Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, followed by massage therapy at the renowned Sutherland-Chan School, and most recently earned a Diploma of Manual Osteopathic Practice from the Southern Ontario School of Osteopathy. His passion for learning continues — he recently completed an advanced biomechanics course in corrective exercise and postural alignment.
For Daniel, movement isn’t just work — it’s a way of life. When he’s not studying anatomy, he’s living it: practicing calisthenics, running, dancing, or doing acrobatics in the great outdoors.
